Fully automatic filling of printing inks into various types of plastic cartridges. If no separate dosing machine is connected upstream, a suitable dosing unit is integrated directly into the machine to fill the cartridges with precision. After filling, the product stream is cleanly severed and the cartridge is then sealed by a piston.
Numerous options are available, including, a spray station for wetting the inner wall of the cartridge or the ink surface, as well as a corresponding overspray extraction system.

Depending on the product, up to 20 cartridges per minute can be filled without introducing air or contamination. Vertical filling enables the processing of medium-viscosity products. The filling station can be fed either by an external dosing machine or by an integrated dosing unit.
