Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the organization and implementation of occupational health and safety measures
  • Maintaining and managing relevant modules and documentation, e.g. for training sessions and the occupational health and safety committee
  • Coordinating and organizing maintenance and service appointments for machinery, vehicles and company equipment
  • Supporting the organization and implementation of data protection training sessions
  • Handling organizational tasks related to data protection
  • Organizing and coordinating matters relating to hazardous materials and waste management
  • Supporting time tracking and cost accounting
  • Handling various organizational and commercial administrative tasks
  • Supporting other administrative and organizational tasks as part of day-to-day operations
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial training or comparable knowledge and skills
  • Alternatively, a technical background combined with an interest in commercial and organizational tasks
  • Initial professional experience in a commercial, technical or administrative environment is desirable, but not required
  • Confident use of computers and common Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured, independent working style
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a reliable working style
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with a variety of subject areas

Your responsibilities:

  • Independently managing the receipt and dispatch of goods for complex mechanical engineering components
  • Checking and documenting deliveries in accordance with technical specifications and drawings
  • Professional storage of sensitive and high-value components
  • Picking of assemblies and production orders in accordance with parts lists
  • Close collaboration with assembly, procurement and design departments
  • Optimisation of warehouse processes and contribution to continuous improvement
  • Carrying out stock checks and stock-takes
  • Confident operation of industrial trucks and, where applicable, crane systems
Your profile:
  • Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (e.g. Warehouse Logistics Specialist) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years' professional experience in a warehouse, ideally in (specialised) mechanical engineering
  • Experience in working with technical drawings and bills of materials
  • Proficiency in using ERP/merchandise management systems
  • Valid forklift licence; crane licence an advantage
  • A structured, independent and precise approach to work
  • High standards of quality and a willingness to take responsibility
