Your Responsibilities:

• Processing customer enquiries and assisting with the preparation of quotations
• Gaining insight into the commercial project management of specialised machinery
• Assisting with order processing and project management
• Purchasing materials, components and services
• Obtaining, comparing and processing supplier quotations
• Communicating with customers and suppliers
• Assisting with scheduling and delivery planning
• Processing purchase orders, order confirmations and invoices
• Maintaining master data and commercial documentation
• Supporting financial accounting and controlling
• Contributing to a varied range of projects in specialised machinery manufacturing

• Secondary school leaving certificate, vocational baccalaureate or A-levels
• An interest in commercial, economic and technical matters
• Good written and spoken German
• Basic knowledge of mathematics and, ideally, English
• Confident use of a PC and an interest in digital applications
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A structured, independent and precise approach to work
• Initiative, willingness to learn and a strong sense of responsibility
