Fully automatic multi-component dosing units for high-precision in-line dosing and mixing of a base product (e.g. silicone, acrylic, PU sealants, adhesives, greases) with several additives, such as pigments or catalysts. Due to the extremely high dosing accuracy, which can be up to drop-precise depending on the model, almost any mixing ratio can be achieved. A multi-stage static mixing section enables rapid mixing of the components for further processing without reducing production output.
SD-XKV Multi-Component Dosing Unit
The SD-XKV multi-component dosing unit enables high-precision in-line dosing and mixing of up to 18 additives into a base product. In up to three mixing chambers, each with six connection points, the additive components are injected and blended with the base product in almost any mixing ratio and with the highest precision. The self-cleaning effect of the downstream static mixer enables rapid product changeover with only minimal waste. The multi-component dosing unit can be seamlessly connected to any Schwerdtel filling machine.

SD-3K / SD-7K Multi-component Dosing Unit
The SD-3K / SD-7K multi-component dosing unit enables the precise in-line dosing and mixing of 2 or 6 additives into a base product. The additive components are fed into a mixing chamber via the dosing cylinders and blended with the base product. Fixed mixing ratios can be achieved in defined steps via the diameters of the dosing cylinders. The mixing ratio can be adjusted by replacing the cylinders with larger or smaller ones. The self-cleaning effect of the downstream static mixer enables rapid product changeover with only minimal waste. The multi-component dosing unit can be seamlessly connected to any Schwerdtel filling machine.
