Fully or semi-automatic dispensing of self-levelling, medium-viscosity to paste-like products (e.g. silicone, adhesives, greases, hot-melt adhesives, printing inks, including UV-curing types) into various can or bucket sizes. The subsequent sealing is carried out by applying a vacuum and crimping, or by simply placing the lid on and then pressing it down or screwing it on.
S7-G/1VC Fully automatic gravimetric can filling and sealing machine
Depending on the product, up to 16 cans per minute can be filled. Vertical filling enables the processing of medium-viscosity and self-levelling products. The filling station is fed by an integrated dosing unit. The machine’s high filling accuracy is validated and corrected directly via a load cell. Evacuating the headspace and flushing it with inert gas during crimping ensures that the cans are filled free from air and contamination.
