Your responsibilities:
- Independent order processing, from preparing quotations through order entry to invoicing
- Preparing delivery notes and all necessary dispatch and export documents (including customs documents)
- Organising and managing national and international dispatch processes
- Coordinating and managing dispatch operations for our subsidiary in the Czech Republic
- Administrative management and support for service and installation assignments, including customer communication and assignment confirmations
- Planning and organising vehicle deployments and, where necessary, external vehicle bookings
- Follow-up and invoicing of completed service assignments
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent knowledge gained through professional experience
- Initial experience in dispatch processing, ideally in the export and customs sectors, would be an advantage
- Proficiency in standard Office applications and, ideally, experience with ERP systems
- A structured, independent and meticulous approach to work
- Organisational skills and a good understanding of logistical processes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Good written and spoken German
- Basic written and spoken English

- Independently managing the receipt and dispatch of goods for complex mechanical engineering components
- Checking and documenting deliveries in accordance with technical specifications and drawings
- Professional storage of sensitive and high-value components
- Picking of assemblies and production orders in accordance with parts lists
- Close collaboration with assembly, procurement and design departments
- Optimisation of warehouse processes and contribution to continuous improvement
- Carrying out stock checks and stock-takes
- Confident operation of industrial trucks and, where applicable, crane systems
- Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (e.g. Warehouse Logistics Specialist) or a comparable qualification
- Several years' professional experience in a warehouse, ideally in (specialised) mechanical engineering
- Experience in working with technical drawings and bills of materials
- Proficiency in using ERP/merchandise management systems
- Valid forklift licence; crane licence an advantage

- Carrying out functional tests, as well as fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Close collaboration with design, electrical engineering and service teams
- Completed vocational training or a degree in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or a comparable discipline
- Ideally, professional experience in PLC programming and the commissioning of machinery and systems
- Knowledge of common PLC systems (e.g. Siemens TIA Portal, S7 or similar) would be an advantage
- Technical understanding and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel for commissioning work at customer sites
- Ability to work as part of a team, initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Good command of German; knowledge of English is desirable
