CB-500 Cartridge Buffer
As a dynamic magazine, it can temporarily store up to 500 filled cartridges and dispense them as required. Positioned between the filling machine and the case packer, it receives filled cartridges in the event of a fault on the case packer, or supplies the case packer with cartridges from the buffer if a fault occurs on the filling machine. During smooth operation, the cartridges simply pass through.

CS-70 Double flanging station
In two cartridge positions, an aluminium lid is crimped onto a filled aluminium cartridge, creating an airtight and leak-proof seal. The machine is positioned downstream of the filling line.

Mobile clip nozzle inserter
In each cartridge position, a clip nozzle is fitted over the nose of the cartridge. The machine is positioned downstream of the filling line.
